It\u2019s an exciting time to be in Austin\u2019s tech scene, and we work to keep things interesting.</div><div class=\"paragraph_break\"><br /></div><div>You\u2019ll help build our complex Android XML layouts with design assets created by our UI/UX team.</div><div class=\"paragraph_break\"><br /></div><div><strong>Here\u2019s what we\u2019re looking for:</strong></div><div class=\"paragraph_break\"><br /></div><div>An excellent eye for visual detail and design. Your passion is creating beautiful UI screens.</div><div class=\"paragraph_break\"><br /></div><div><strong>Understanding of Android UI capabilities.</strong> You get what\u2019s possible to express so that the engineer can identify risk early in the project feature\u2019s lifecycle.</div><div class=\"paragraph_break\"><br /></div><div><strong>Know the appropriate tools</strong>. You\u2019ll use Eclipse and the Android emulator/device to vet the screens, and can suggest even more useful alternative approaches and work-arounds.</div><div class=\"paragraph_break\"><br /></div><div><strong>Desire to work with several small teams</strong>. You\u2019ll help build screens for multiple project teams, each consisting of a small group of engineers, so strong communication skills are key.</div><div class=\"paragraph_break\"><br /></div><div><strong>Display overall programming competency</strong>.
